The routemaster from Oravi has planed down the ice on the skating route from Oravi to Linnansaari at 9am and continued to the fairway of the ships. The routemaster from Järvisydän is also making route from Järvisydän towards Linnansaari. We will have the whole skating route of 18km from Oravi to Järvisydän opened today!

The route from Oravi to Linnansaari is open, it is approximately -6 degreeses and wind 4m/s. Good weather for skating continues!
New cracks on ice might occur during the day but the routemaster will check the ice regularly and marks the cracks with rippon. The crack next to Issakka island has now frozen. The rental equipment is open 9-17.

Looks like today will be a nice winterday! The skating route is open from Oravi to Linnansaari and the route has been plowed 9am in the morning. The ice is in good condition, but stay on the marked route. The marked large crack on the northside of the Issakka island you can still get around going through the land. The equipment rental is open 9-17.
NOTE. This evening there has been new crack developing near the crack of Issakka island. We will inform of any new developments cocerning the ice tomorrow morning.

The skating route from Oravi to Linnansaari is open and it is good weather for tour skating and using a kick sledge. The route has been plowed at 9am. The big crack on ice near the Issakka island you can go around on land, there will be few boards to help to get back to the ice from the island. The rental equipment is open 9-17.

The skating route is open from Oravi to Linnansaari and the weather looks sunny. You can use either tour skates ro kick sledge but stay on the marked route. There is few big cracks on the ice, they are marked with red rippon. For example the big crack on the north of Issakka island you can go around going closer the shore of the Issakka island. The skating route is open today and the ice is still in good condition due to the minus degreeses yeasterday. There is some cracks on the ice as were yeasterday and next to the north shore of Issakka island there is a big about 5m crack that you can get around going closer to the island. The wind though is really hard the whole day, wind speed approximately 10m/s and wind gust 14m/s. The equipment rental is open 9-17.

Ths we have been waiting for, minus degrees, sunshine and no wind. The ice is in good condition. The route from Oravi to Linnansaari is marked with tree branches. The rental shop is open 9-17. It will be possible to skate also tomorrow. Stay on the marked route!
