Canoeing trip in Kolovesi National Park Fri-Sun 30.8.-1.9.

At the end of the fist day we stay in Mäntysalo hut and the second night in our own tents or hammocks in the national park. During an evening snack you can learn about preparing for a Himalayan mountain adventure to 5,614 metres and about the development work of the Kapua organisation in celebration of Finnish nature. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, there will be guided slow-paced yoga morning retreats.

Previous kayaking experience is recommended. The paddling instructor will take into account the weather conditions and plan the route. Participants must have valid leisure insurance and adequate swimming skills.

The price includes: paddling equipment, buoyancy aids and a small token for participation.

The instructor has a valid EA and paddling instructor training.

A camping stove, tent/ hammock can be rented from Orav at an additional cost.
